• All prices shown are indicative estimates, calculated using the current day's gold/silver rate, applicable making charges, and GST, and are subject to change without prior notice as metal rates fluctuate daily.
• The final price is confirmed at the time of purchase, in-store or at order confirmation, and may differ slightly from the price shown online due to rate changes between browsing and purchase.
• Product images are for representation. Due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery, minor variations in design, weight, or finish between the image and the actual product may occur.
• All gold jewellery sold is BIS Hallmark certified as per applicable Indian regulations.

3. Orders and Enquiries

Placing an order or enquiry through our website or app (via "Add to Cart" or WhatsApp) constitutes a request for us to confirm availability, final pricing, and delivery/collection details. It does not guarantee reservation of the item until we confirm the order with you directly.

4. Payments

Where online payment is available, payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Where online payment is not used, payment is collected in-store or upon delivery, as agreed with our staff at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Given the high value of jewellery items, delivery arrangements (in-store collection or doorstep delivery) will be confirmed directly with you by our staff before dispatch, along with any applicable delivery charges and security procedures.
